The Pack will maintain an Advancement Coordinator Committee member to oversee and procure all advancement and awards. Den Leaders must turn in all advancements and awards by the Sunday evening before the Pack Meeting or other awards ceremony event (ie., Spring or Fall camp outs). The Advancement Coordinator will consolidate all awards and purchase them for the awards ceremony. Awards will be presented at the next Pack Meeting or other awards ceremony. Advancement for each boy is strongly encouraged because it provides a significant part of the Cub Scout experience and is rewarding to the boy and parent.
